Firewood Deliveries:

When you order online a member of our team will contact you to facilitate a delivery date and time that suits you. Your order will likely be grouped with others in your area. We will endeavour to have your delivery to you as soon as possible. Through the  winter months, delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.

Delivery tip off location on your premises is at the discretion of the delivery driver.

The minimum order for firewood is two cubic meters.

Dry firewood is defined as having a moisture content of 25% or less

A cubic metre is defined as 1m by 1m by 1m filled with hand-thrown firewood pieces (not stacked)

Free Delivery is covered in the Hawkes Bay area only. If you are outside of this area our team will make contact with you to arrange a delivery fee to cover our costs of delivery to reach your address.  Please feel free to contact us to discuss if you are unsure.

Payments:

All Firewood needs to be paid for either prior to delivery or upon delivery.  Mobile eftpos and credit card payment facilities are carried by our delivery vehicles. We do not carry change if paying in cash. A GST Receipt will be generated for all deliveries.

 

Cancellations, replacements  & Refunds:

Orders can be cancelled with a full refund prior to the wood being loaded onto our delivery truck. If the payment was made via Credit Card a 3% fee and $20 administration fee will apply.  This must happen via phone directly to our staff, not via text or email.

Once the wood is loaded onto the delivery truck there will be a $50 discharge fee for cancellation if the truck gets to your premises and the delivery is canceled without the load being dropped off the cancellation fee is $150. If the load is delivered to the premises after the order was confirmed and the wood is tipped off the order cannot be canceled and full payment due. It is your responsibility as the firewood purchaser to confirm you are happy with the wood quality before it is delivered, our yard is open for firewood inspections during normal business hours.

We retain the right to cancel any firewood order, at any time, for any reason.

If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your firewood, Stoked Firewood reserves the right to replace the wood. This must be done within 5 working days of delivery.

Stock Available;

Stock availably can change without notice, although we endeavour to keep stock levels updated we retain the right to cancel orders based on products selling out, even if an order has been confirmed and payment received. Order cancellation will result in a full refund or an alternative offered.
